About LaWanda Floyd

My family moved to South Fayette County in 1972, when I was only twelve years. My parents purchased five acres and we built our dream home.  Several members of my family still call that "home" to this day.

I have been married to the love of my life, for forty-six years.  We have two daughters and one son. My children are grown and married and we currently have nine grandchildren.  We also have a Border Collie and Australian Shepherd mix, named Gypsy.

I started my Career in Real Estate after my children left the nest.  I have been working with Buyers and Sellers for sixteen years, assisting them to obtain the American Dream of Home Ownership.  It is true, "Time does fly when you are having fun" 

 It is most rewarding, to see the smile on their face; when we get to closing.

Those smiles make my job worthwhile, and it never gets old; seeing them!
